무연분탄

Anthracite

 

무연분탄 가탄제 는 제강 전기로 에서 주원료인 고철을 용해 시에 부족한 탄소함량을 보충하여 철의 강도를 조절하고 고로 의 열량을 높여주는 중요한 부 원료로 노내 또는 래들 에 투입. 무연분탄 가탄제 는 코크스와 달리 비중이 높아서 전기로 에 Injection 주입 시 집진기 에 과다하게 빨려 들거나 용 탕 시 즉시 타버리지 않아 용 탕 효율이 상대적으로 높다.

 

Carbon additive such as anthracite is a product used to molten steel. In the process of melting scraps, anthracite conducts to increase the carbon content and adjusts the temperature within the electric arc furnace. Unlike cokes, anthracite has a high value for its use as an injection coal to foam slag, which plays a key role in process efficiency.

0~3mm (분탄 Powder), 1~3mm, 2~5mm, 3~8mm (그래뉼 Granule).
